When are you opening?

We’re preparing to open our doors in Summer 2026 and can’t wait to welcome you in!

Where are you located?

What is hot mat fitness?

Hot mat fitness is a blend of strength, movement, and breath set in a heated environment designed to support your body and help you move more deeply.

Are you a yoga studio or a fitness studio?

We’re a thoughtful balance of both where strength, movement and stillness all come together.

What type of classes do you offer?

Our class offerings include strength and tone based fitness as well as heated and unheated yoga classes.

Do I need experience to join?

Not at all. Wherever you are in your journey, you belong here. Our classes are built to support and meet you there.

How hot does the room get?

Our heated rooms will range between 80–105°F, depending on the class and are supported by an advanced air filtration and heating system for a clean and comfortable environment.

What should I expect in my first class?

A warm welcome, thoughtful guidance, and a space where you can move, breathe, and settle into yourself—at your own pace.

How long are classes?

Most of our classes will be between 45–60 minutes—designed to fit into your life while still feeling complete.

What should I bring to class?

We recommend bringing a yoga mat, a yoga grip towel, and a water bottle. But most importantly—bring yourself exactly as you are.

Do you provide mats or rentals?

Yes, we’ll have mats and sweat towels available for your convenience.

How do I book a class?

Booking will be available through our website and app—details coming soon. We’re excited to make this experience seamless for you!

Will you offer memberships?

Yes—our membership options are thoughtfully created to support consistency, flexibility, and ease.

Do you offer drop-in classes?

We do. Whether you’re joining us once or often, you’re always welcome.

Is hot fitness safe?

Yes—with mindfulness. We encourage you to listen to your body, stay hydrated, and move in a way that feels supportive.

What if I’ve never worked out in heat before?

That’s perfectly okay. We invite you to ease in gently—your body will find its rhythm over time.
